I am taking the challenge from this article to photograph everything I eat for the next week (or at least try to). So feel free to enjoy my food diary for the next week, I started last night. 2 BBQ sandwiches, some VitaRain and 4 junior mints, make that 6, I think I will eat two more before yoga!

I would be terrified to photograph everything I ate. I would be ripped from my state of denial. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteYes writting down everything is VERY effective. I promise you'll think twice before eating certain things if you know you have to write it down :)
