Pros:
- Known as a green city, so we will feel right at home moving from our current location which is also considered a very green city.
- They do have a major sports team, although there is only one. They also have a professional paint ball league, that could be interesting to watch.
- It is known as the City of Roses - they have rose gardens all over the city.
- The drive to our hometown is less than 12 hours.
- It is on a river
Cons:
- Very low test scores.
- They get rain 155 days out of the year.
- A lot of days that are gray and lacking sun.
