Twenty years ago when we lived in Germany, we could take bus trips to Czechoslovakia for shopping. The big thing to buy was crystal, really really cheap. Many people bought chandeliers dirt cheap...like $25. They were some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. I regret not getting one to this day!
