I am going to make this from a box but if that goes well maybe I will try it from scratch. I am going to have it with hummus, pita, spinach and tomatoes.
(from what I hear you need to put some cheese whiz on it it make it authentic, it is just what I have been told!)
I'm going to try the gnocchi tonight! Have you ever heard of sweet potato gnocchi? I wonder if it would work. Maybe if I used half sweet, half baking? I love gnocchi, but have never tried to make it myself. I'll let you know how my experiment goes!
ReplyDeleteI am lazy I bought the gnocci from the store... it is vacuumed packed and my Dad said it is similar to the stuff my Uncle likes to bring back from Italy so I figured I would give that a try. I am excited to hear how yours goes!
