I re-read The Goose Girl this weekend. What a wonderful book, it is a favorite of mine. Although the sequels, in my mind, don't keep the same pace and intrigue as the original, it is a fantastic book. If only all of Shannon Hale's books were on the same level as The Goose Girl and Princess Academy (another favorite)...
