My new desk job includes a sedentary lifestyle as one of its perks. At least for eight hours, five days a week. A part of the sedentary lifestyle, I have recently discovered, is weight gain. So to combat this new found weight I am starting my very own four step program. Step one- register for a spinning class. Check. Step two- change news year's resolution of exercising at least three days a week to four. Step three- weigh myself more regularly. Step four- Try harder to find healthier meals.
I think it will be a recipe for success.
