I recently ran across this mango quinoa salad on Our Best Bites, I have been wanting to find more quinoa recipes. I currently have two good ones with two more to try out. Hopefully this one will fall under the 'good' category.

I made it - it is good! It is more of a side salad type of dish than a main meal though - we thought.

ReplyDeleteI also had to let you know--My brother Mike loves Tom's too, but he didn't like their poor quality and high expense. He and his friend started a company to take care of those problems. Look them up!
